“TJ1” Residence: West 71st St, NYC
Removal and redesign of existing rear exterior window wall in an existing 1890 brownstone apartment. The new window wall used a tri-fold Mahogany door and transom to maximize light / views and flexibility of operable door panels.
Project completed August 1999.
